Sage & Stone Returns Policy
You may NOT return your merchandise unless the product is defective. If the product is damaged with a stain, broken link, the item is returned within 30 days of receipt Sage & Stone will exchange or refund. In the case of a refund, repack the item(s) in the bag your order was shipped in, and return the package to Sage & Stone, 1623 N Orange Grove Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046. Remember to insure the item for the full value of the package as we are not responsible for lost items. Sage & Stone will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective. Due to the fact that Sage & Stone makes and sells Limited Edition jewelry, we do not keep a large stock of many past designs. Therefore, best efforts will be made to offer you an exchange on size change or design change. Make sure you thoroughly research, check, double check, and ask plenty of questions to make sure that you are ordering the correct fit.
If returning or exchanging an item, all items must be unused and include the original packaging. Returned items smelling of smoke, containing pet and/or human hair, or being deemed by Sage & Stone as previously worn or tampered with will not be accepted. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We make all of our pieces by hand in Los Angeles. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible (usually 3–5 days), but some pieces can take up to 2-3 weeks to make. Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

All orders are shipped and insured via USPS. USPS also delivers to PO Boxes. Fees per order are as follows:

If you need your jewelry by a certain date, we will try our best to accommodate your requests but ordering with priority or express shipping DOES NOT guarantee that your item will be shipped immediately.

All items that are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to ship. All personalized/engraved orders are non refundable.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note for international addresses (not in the US) additional shipping costs will apply.
